AULA REGIS - ARTICLES OF DIVINE ASSOCIATION & TRUST INDENTURE

This document serves as the foundational covenant establishing the AULA REGIS, a Private Foreign International Faith-Based Family Trust, hereinafter referred to as "Trust", "Trust Holding Company", and/or "Company". This Trust is created and governed vnder theocratic law, aligning with biblical principles, and functions as a 508(c)(1)(A) Faith-Based Organisation in direct connection (auxiliary) with the Knights of Christ Trinitarian Church Selfe-Supported Ministry.

I. DECLARATION OF TRUST & ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSE

1. Founding Authority

The Settlor/Organiser, Sir Theophilus Jameel El Trust, vnder the divine mandate of the Knights of Christ Trinitarian Church Selfe-Supported Ministry, establishes this Trust as a sacred ecclesiastical entity vnder the supremacy of God’s law.

2. Scriptural Foundation

"The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein." (Psalm 24:1)

"And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ." (Romans 8:17)

"The doctrines thus delivered we call the revealed or divine law, and they are to be found only in the holy scriptures." – William Blackstone

3. William Blackstone on the Superiority of Divine Law

Sir William Blackstone, an eminent legal scholar, asserted that divine law is not merely a moral guide but the supreme authority vpon which all human laws must be measured. In his Commentaries on the Laws of England, he emphatically stated:

"This law of nature, being coeval with mankind and dictated by God himself, is of course superior in obligation to any other—it is binding over all the globe in all countries, and at all times; no human laws are of any validity, if contrary to this: and such of them as are valid derive all their force, and all their authority, mediately or immediately, from this original."

"Upon these two foundations, the law of nature and the law of revelation, depend all human laws; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these."

"The doctrines thus delivered we call the revealed or divine law, and they are to be found only in the holy scriptures. These precepts, when revealed, are found upon comparison to be really a part of the original law of nature."

These statements vnderscore that divine law is immutable and eternal, standing as the ultimate measure of justice. The revealed law, as found in the Holy Scriptures, is superior to human reasoning and statutes. Thus, the governance of AULA REGIS™ must adhere to the revealed Word of God, rejecting any secular impositions that conflict with its divine mandate.

As auxiliary of the Church which do expressly operate in accordance with Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, which grants automatic tax-exempt status to churches without the need for governmental approval. As such, this auxiliary of the Church respectfully rejects any attempt to impose financial obligations contrary to its predetermined sacred tax-exemption status.

Further, We are led to believe that at ‘Keepseagle v. Perdue, 856 F.3d 1039’, the ruling acknowledges that faith-based institutions hold a protected status, ensuring that their autonomy and financial sovereignty remain intact.
 

4. Jurisdiction & Purpose

This Trust is a faith-based ecclesiastical entity, exempt frome statutory governance vnder 508(c)(1)(A) and functions exclusively to:

Preserve and manage sacred family assets for righteous heirs of the sacred trust.

Provide financial, legal, and administrative support for faith-based institutions, including Acapella Academy (Holistic Mind

Institute) an auxiliary of the Governing authority.

Maintain ecclesiastical jurisdiction, independent of secular authority.

II. GOVERNANCE & ADMINISTRATION

1. Registered Agent & Principal Office

Registered Agent: Sir Theophilus Jameel El Trust, acting as the Protector of this Trust, vested with authority to oversee fiduciary compliance, asset stewardship, and lawful administration.

Registered Office: 2929 35th Street, Sacramento, California.

2. Trust Protector & Trustees

Trust Protector: Sir Theophilus Jameel El Trust

Initial Trustees: Appointed by the Council of Elders, vnder the oversight of the Knights of Christ Trinitarian Church.

Succession: Vpon the passing or resignation of a Trustee, a successor shalbe appointed through prayerful selection by the Council of Elders.

3. Fiduciary Stewardship

Trustees shall:

Manage assets solely for the benefit of righteous heirs and faith-based beneficiaries of the sacred trust (KOTC).

Ensure that all financial transactions align with biblical law.

Administer assets with utmost integrity and transparency.

III. ASSET PROTECTION & NON-DISCLOSURE

1. Sacred Asset Protection

The Trust is impervious to liens, levies, and judgments imposed by secular authorities.

No assets of the Trust shalbe subject to secular legal claims.

Trustees and beneficiaries shall not disclose financial details outside ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All Trustees, beneficiaries, and affiliated members shall sign an NDA, ensuring the confidentiality of Trust affairs.

IV. SUCCESSION & DYNASTIC PRESERVATION

1. Heirship & Generational Transfer

Assets of the Trust shall pass to rightful heirs in accordance with biblical inheritance laws.

Heirs must affirm their faith and commitment to divine stewardship.

2. Ecclesiastical Oversight

The Council of Elders shall oversee succession proceedings.

Any disputes shalbe resolved exclusively within the Church’s jurisdiction.

V. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & THEOCRATIC LAW

1. Faith-Based Arbitration

Any disagreements shalbe resolved through biblical arbitration, guided by the Knights of Christ Trinitarian Church.

No party may seek secular court intervention vnder penalty of excommunication frome the Trust’s benefits.

2. Legal Standing

The Trust is recognised vnder common law and is governed solely by ecclesiastical principles.

VI. TAX CLAUSE

1. Take notice that all property, of whatever kind or description, belonging to or owned by said auxiliary of the Church, 

shalbe forever free frome taxation for any and all purposes. Ita lex scripta est (See., So the law is written). Jure divino (By divine

right).
 

VII. DISSOLUTION & FINAL DECLARATION

1. Dissolution Protocol

If dissolved, all remaining assets shalbe transferred to the Knights of Christ Trinitarian Church or another faith-based entity.

2. Final Declaration

The vndersigned affirm that AULA REGIS™ operates as a sacred ecclesiastical trust, vnder divine law and biblical governance.

Expressly reserving all rights without expiry and non-assumpsit to any secular contract.
